Attending school as well as working in Admission is not a easy job. With number of reports, meetings and writing new students has always been a challenge. But then in this job, we change people life and that is what I love about it.
My other interests include, golfing, meditation, Reiki, cooking and drinking wine.

Are you Stressed???
Our day to day life generally constitutes of work, doing grocery, meeting family needs and paying bills............. We tend to stress out. Try out this...
Find time when no one disturbs you, may be 10 minutes to start with and then increase to 20 minutes daily. ( May be during your daily lunch break..)
Just sit idle, close your eyes for these 20 minutes and watch your breath.. How do you watch breath!!! Just feel the breath, don't conclude, don't try to stop, just watch.. Just be with yourself.. Your mind will wander.. but slowly it will settle down, initially it will take time, say 5 minutes or so to settle down but it will settle faster as you practice..
You will feel the difference with continued practice..
